The Finch collision centre made my vehicle accident a surprisingly pleasant experience. Upon arrival, the friendly charisma from Jacquline the receptionist all the way to service technicians made the process smooth and easy. Hope that I never be in a collision again but if I do, I’d come back here.
The receptionist’s behavior was surprisingly off-brand for a professional setting definitely not the kind of first impression that builds trust.
Required warranty repair on my Cadillac XT4. Amyrra and the team at Finch Collision did an excellent job of getting things set up and keeping me posted. The repair was completed promptly and the service was great. As with Finch Cadillac, outstanding service.
