Had to have my vehicle in for a warranty paint repair, they did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule. Communication was a little spotty at one point when I inquired about dropping it off early (just never got a call back), but I'll still give five stars because the vehicle was returned to me way cleaner than when I dropped it off and because Amyrra did an excellent job going over everything with me before I left. Dealing with Finch Collision was amazing. Took my car in for a repair. Dealt with Jacqueline, Maddy and Amyrra. All of them were very professional. Amyrra reviewed what we thought was damage to our car. In a quick moment - she wiped the area with a solution and pointed out that it out that it was just a substance on the surface. A little embarrassed - and also relieved. Hopefully we never have to deal with future damage. But if we did I am confident with the Finch Collision team.
Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff, from being greeted by Jaqueline, to Dylan working on the SUV it was to notch. Big thanks to Dylan for the repair and the tips. Much appreciated and I shall definitely be going back for any other work that I may require. Thank you!!
