I was looking for a used car on line and found 3 at finch Chrysler on Wharncliffe Rd South. I was contacted by Clark Shen. Last year I had serviced my Jeep Cherokee (that I did buy brand new and only ever serviced at this location) to change my winter tires (that I paid to keep in their storage) to my summer tires. When I took the car home, within one day of use (not 100 km) one of the bolts had fallen off and my tires nearly did with it. Mind you, I use this family car to transport myself, husband, and children. Keith and Ryan were fantastic and super patient and understanding with my purchase. Gave me a great deal on a Compass and when a family member needed my old vehicle they let me keep it even after the purchase contract was finalized and as I was going to originally trade it in for them to sell. Overall, an awesome experience and thank you again.
