Brian and crew went above and beyond for repair on Chevy truck. GM said they stopped making parts for a 2019- Brian made it happen. Extra stuff goes a long way
i was able to make appointment for my mom to get a wheel alignment the next day. it actually cost a little less than i was quoted, and it was done within an hour. my mom asked them to check out a few things, and they reported no problems. couldn't ask for a better experience, thank you!
I walked out of Starbucks noticed my tire was nearly flat, drove over to Finch immediately. They put my spare on at no charge, he offered to go ahead and go pick up my tire but I didn’t have time to wait, he kept my wheel, and told me to return the next day at 11am, I pulled up at 10:56 and was leaving the shop at 11:15 with my brand new tire. Cannot recommend this place enough! Excellent customer service, honest work, and prompt turnaround time! I’ve never had a better experience with a mechanic!!
Our son was home from college for Christmas Break, while performing routine maintenance checks on his truck we identified an issue outside of our scope. With only 4 days before having to leave, we were under pressure. Brian heard the desperation of my pleas; therefore, was able to get my son’s truck repaired.
