This review is a long time coming. I am a co-owner of a Real Estate firm in Richmond, VA and work with many builders each and every year for clients who choose to build a home. When my wife and I decided to choose a builder in the Outer Banks we relied on our local OBX Realtor, Ron Ryan (who we also love) for advice as to whom to choose as our builder. Olin Finch is a great guy and an outstanding custom builder. Built my house in 2005. Still returns my calls and comes over to my house anytime I have an issue or concern. Started as a rental house. Now it is our year-round home. Unrelated to his building acumen, he also started the legendary Nags Head Hammocks as a kid back in the 1970’s. If I ever build another house on the Outer Banks, Finch is only builder I would hire.
Olin Finch built my house in 1992; it was beautiful when he built it and still looks great. He's one of the best builders in the Outer Banks.
