Racist and hostile work environment.Lots of Drugs and alcohol in the yard. Supervisors get this in the yard using their cars because security won't search them All they are worried about is running every project manager with cheap labor and materials for a big fat bonus at the end, like them.
It is a horrible and dangerous place to work. One star because there is not a no-stars option.
Great shipyard.
