In my 20 years of fish keeping and exotic pet ownership, this was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had since I’ve been in the hobby. I’ve patronized dozens of different fish and aquarium stores in SW FL and even worked at a couple small business ones in high school. The small family owned ones are usually the best and most honest, but unfortunately places like this give them a bad name.
