Overall, FSU worked out for the purchase of my Manufactured Home. My problem in the end was working with Angela and NOT getting clear understanding of the closing process, though she claims me, the Customer is wrong. Bruce can back her up all he wants, but she is flat out wrong! I was NEVER told by Angela that I had to sign first, then the documents are sent to FSU. Make sure they submit documents you give them, to the lender, In my case, critical documents in their possession were overlooked for a week before being sent to the lender. Overall, their customer service is inattentive and not proactive as I always had to initiate the status of the loan and whether additional information was needed. Very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
