Overall, FSU worked out for the purchase of my Manufactured Home. My problem in the end was working with Angela and NOT getting clear understanding of the closing process, though she claims me, the Customer is wrong. Bruce can back her up all he wants, but she is flat out wrong! I was NEVER told by Angela that I had to sign first, then the documents are sent to FSU.
