Had been going there for years. *** is a good C.P.A. But unfortunately, this last time we went to get our taxes done we had to have our stuff mailed back to **. They sent our information UNSELAED back to us!!! We even took a picture of the opened envelope, WITH the **** sticker saying Received unsealed. When we had told them about this, ****** (the office manager) told my wife it was her fault since she didn't come back to get the paperwork. They put the blame on us. They refused to reimburse us for our taxes, or even offer ... read more

I was never happy with FSA, my account for 33 years sold his business (YBR) to this company and it was the only reason I followed him there. well he retired after two years without telling us which left us in a bind and forced us to find a new accountant. I am in no contract with FSA and their billing is questionable. I was lucky to find a former employee of YBR that also left FSA. I trust her and since moved to her company which is very sharp with excellent service.

Been with this firm for over 20 years and appreciate how they take the time to listen to my families interests and help us put a overall financial plan together. My advisor is thoughtful and is responsive to our needs. If I ever have a question he is available and gets back to me quickly. I love the family feel from FSA.

Our family has worked with FSA for many years with finances. We recently had a few tax questions for my mother and they had a person who specializes in that as well. I love that I can go to them with almost any question or need and they have someone to answer my questions and give me peace of mind.

My accountant is retiring and FSA took over her practice. They gave me a list of new services and I called their financial adviser and am very pleased how thorough their process is. Jeff didn't just jump into talking about my investments. He talked to me about updating my estate plan and even helped me find a lawyer. I feel very comfortable with how he set up my new investment plan. He said their top priority is world class service and that's what I got.

I worked with company to put together my entire financial plan and they were fantastic. They are holistic advisors so they were able to help me with the entire portfolio. I was very happy with their knowledge and the service they provided me!!

They take their time and review everything im currently doing in retirement life. They look at my Medicare, h&a, Life insurance, and my financials. Glad i ran into them.
