I have used many Financial Advisors thru the years but switched to FSA a few months ago. I wish I would of done this many years ago. Instead of being "sold a product", their team first interviewed us to discuss our goals and objectives, prepared a comprehensive financial plan to protect our future and thoroughly explained their recommendations and how they applied specifically to our situation. Everything was easy and made total sense!
My accountant has merged w/ this office & had handed off my taxes to a representative that had the nerve to think he was going to drop them off so he could sell me his services. I'm sorry, I have my own financial planner & I don't appreciate this person thinking I wanted his service! He was holding my taxes hostage, essentially, since my accountant would have had them in the mail the day after completing them. 2/26/19 Their customer service is TERRIBLE! The only time they contact you or are responsive is if they feel there is a financial benefit for them. They have high employee turnover with, what seems like little to no transition of information for reps who are new to client accounts. It appears that the specific knowledge of a clients account resides solely with the rep who created it.
