This place is nothing more than con artists. None of their employees know anything apparently. They tell you one price and timeframe. Then the price changes and after said timeframe is completed, continue to charge you for "fees". I called last month after said timeframe had been completed and was charged again. Was told by the employee that everything had been completed and I should not have been charged. Then I got charged again this month. This place is horrible. I've been paying for 2 months only to be rudely told that they haven't even got around to pulling my file. The customer service representative and her manager were extremely rude, uneducated and ghetto. I'm going to get ahold of the higher ups to let them know about the trash they have in customer service.
The phone was answered by a lady with an American ethnic accent. I have been trying to repair my credit as most well know. She was correct as I got notified by the agency who bills for them. I was disheveled and confused as alot is going on. This guy Michael was awesum never could reach him. After confusion most likely my fault as my notes were reversed student loan and other I asked the person please clarify.
