DO NOT BANK with Financial Plus Credit Union! My account was frozen mid-trip despite being told travel alerts are no longer needed. Five days into my domestic trip, every transaction was declined, leaving me completely stranded without access to my own money. To make matters worse, contacting them is absolutely impossible. The 800 number on the back of my card is only for lost or stolen cards — not for urgent help. The 877 number on their website rings once and then disconnects. I have been with Financial Plus for over 50 years. I love the credit union and all the people who are so nice. Anytime I have a question they are always there for me. I don't care for banks and would never do business with one. Open a account with them, you won't be sorry.
I called to obtain replacement for misplaced tax documents. Danielle was very helpful. She was able to email what I needed almost immediately. Thanks again Danielle!
