why I won't recommended this credit union is because I was a victim of identity theft and I have a loan with them and have made payment's on my loan and i am hurting financially right now my only wish they can see how i am trying to get things done

I banked here for over a year, I have never had so many problems with the employees, and horrible attitudes. That receptionist lady was lucky I didn't drag her ass out into the parking lot and beat the shit out of her. You don't rip papers out of my hand when I'm not done signing them. And thank you, for ruining my credit score after I tried working out paying you off in full. Fuck you all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank here.
If they had a 0 star button they would receive 0 stars! I have been banking with this company for over 2 years! Me and my mother have the same name which has resulted in many complications in regards to my credit! When I first opened an account with this credit union they ensure me that if I took out a private “secured” loan at the end of the year they would offer me a secured credit card! Lie. Another lie is about loans, I make $17 an hour own my vehicles and more; could I get a $500 loan by signing off my eco Malibu, nope.... read more
good luck getting any kind of help with this place, loyalty dont mean anything to them. Only way you can get a loan from them is if you have perfect credit, and 35 % or less debt ratio. who needs help if your in that situation?!?!?!?! I AM CHANGING BANKS ASAP, AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THEM FOR 20 YEARS, and now that i need a little bit of help, They turn their head!!! I AM SO DONE!!!!
