I am so PLEASED! with the level of service I received from “Financial Partners Irvine”. I really want to give kudos to “Jane” and “Sonnie” for really going over and beyond in actively assisting me with an issue regarding my finances with the institution. Even after i thought all hope was lost they both worked dillegently and didn’t stop until a positive resolution was received!. I just texted Sonnie ( sand canyon in Irvine) to thank him for providing me an EXCELLENT service yesterday ( I don’t normally do this). It was my second visit to the branch & I was very pleased.
