I truly appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism as well as their willingness to go the extra mile. So disappointed with the services we paid a lot of money for. I had to hire another accountant to fix the errors they filed. They are very slow at responding and I am still dealing with issues from two tax seasons ago. Members of their team are extremely rude and was often passed around from person to person on their team.
We are a very small, queer and BIPOC-owned company that relied on Jessica's team at Financial Groove to file our 2023 business and personal taxes. As of today, May 5th 2025, our filing is still incorrect and we are continuing to go back and forth with them. We are still in $3,000 in debt to the IRS, plus almost $1,000 in fines and penalties.
