This company called me today asking what they could do for me. I was confused because I did not recall calling them. I stated that I was already refinancing with a company and that I was in the underwriting phase, and besides I had already paid for a appraisal and I didn't want to have to pay for another one. The screener proceeded to tell me that it was not too late since I hadn’t closed, that an appraisal was free with them and that they could offer me a better rate, even after I disclosed my credit score. These people called and harrassed me all day after being told I was not interested in doing business with you. The same lady. You have no right to harrass people when they ask you not to call. I'm not your customer and I don't want to do business with you

I was called by financial freedom mortgage. I had a wonderful conversation, until I said, I was not comfortable sharing my social security number with them over the phone. When Diane E Mantuano came on the line she was very nasty and would not listen to anything I had to say. So unprofessional....

Giulio & Eli were great. they always answered my questions and also always got back to me when I left the a voice mail. From start to finish was very easy. I would remand financial freedom mortgage to anybody

Lynda was rude, obscene, vulgar, offensive, and discourteous during my initial call to this company; this is when they are trying to get your business. I made an application, against my better judgment, two days later with a gentleman who came to my home. I called Lynda the next day to CANCEL the application; however, she advised me that I could NOT cancel the application and refused to return my financial documents, which I had given to the processor to copy and return. I went through the information gathering, after Kevin told me he could do the loan. We made an appoitment for Tuesday night. But his group, Gregg, Carmen or Mr Grasso, was a no show, no call. I've been trying to reach their office ever since but I am unable to reach anyone. It would be more respectful if they would let me know if they changed their mind about the loan. This is just bad business.

It was wonderful working with Lynda Homiak. She was very ethical and professional with her dealings. Very efficient and delivers transaction on a timely manner. She is caring and compassionate and have lots of patience. Lynda is a trustworthy and respectable lady.
