I would give zero stars if it was an option… their loss draft department and process is the absolute worst and slowest inconsiderate process I’ve ever been apart of… my house has been 100 percent completed for months now and still haven’t recieved MY insurance claim check. They can’t even send a real inspector to my house to do the inspection. They do it “virtually” where I have to take my own photos and email them into them. If I can put no stars i would. This company lies so much and makes stuff up as they go. They make up policy just so they won't help you. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.. IF YOU HAVE A CHOOSE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
My home flooded from Hurricane Helene and their loss draft department is holding insurance funds hostage. I am being forced to pay out of pocket for repairs while they have seized proceeds. My loan is a VA loan so Freedom has absolutely no liability. Stay away from this company total garbage from the top down.
I don't usually do reviews, but absolutely just horrible. Nobody there is on the same page. Extremely disorganized with not only paperwork but your funds as well. Making payments and still being told you are behind. Steer Clear. Honestly almost feels like a scam at this point.
