Felicia at Financial Fixation has been my tax accountant for the last 4 and has exemplified excellent service! Before using her, I did not have a structured database/platform of my previous business files. After using Financial Fixation, I now have a database portal that I can access anytime if I need to look over any past paperwork. DON'T DO IT. Felicia was totally unprepared, unorganized, and failed to meet deadlines. Additionally she negotiated a 1k retainer for the work I had asked for. She only did one of the two years and she stole an additional 6k from my bank account without my permission. Her work is worthless, I'll have to pay someone else to come in after her and clean up the mess she left.
