Our relationship started with a mistake that we were ready to blame them for, but FE straightened it all out--it was a Janus screw-up. I've found that our advisor, Curtis is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He is always available when needed. I appreciate his attentiveness and good track record.
Their website is used in phishing scams. I recieved an email from them claiming to be vanguard and was sent to their website to enter personal info. Very shady.
