I have been paying these people for over 8 months and I never received a phone call like the representative who signed me up said I would to help boost my credit nor did any of the letters that they sent out (2 sets in 8 months) that I forwarded to the credit Bureaus help like they said they would. I would not reccomend this company to anyone unless you have money just to throw away. I am a very dissatisfied former customer.
I was an agent for this company. They sold the company very well on the phone call. They tell you that you get your business for free after getting your first 5 customers (whether they be customers or agents). However, they do not tell you until after you sign up that you have to get a new 5 customers every single month to get your business free that for that month. I have only been involved in the process for 60 days, the company has been able to increase my credit scores over 100 points. Several old accounts were deleted in 45 days after just one dispute letter sent! Excited to see what changes I see in the next 30 days! On my way to being able to buy my 1st home.
My score went up 121 points in 6 months allowing me to purchase a new car and save almost $100 a month on my car insurance!!
I was extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. 5 months, $640 and no alerts to any change to my credit profile. My credit score and file has changed a few times but they never updated or alerted me on anything since I began. if i did not use another service alongside them, I wouldn't know what position my credit file was in. The customer service is bad. Sometimes you have to call and go through unrelated departments just to get someone to answer the phone. NO GOOD
Juan Felix is a scumbag. All he wants is your money and does not want to help. The level of service he is willing to provide is so embarassing as he over talks you to a make his point.
I am in the process of buying a house and I am in a time crunch. I had another credit repair company working with me and they were doing a great job just doing it very slow, only sending 3 letters a month.
