I have read reviews both good and bad. I think the misconception of people is they don't hold themselves accountable. The company clearly provides the education and excellent credit repair services, but customers fail to do their part to maximize their service. Credit is made up of multiple factors, with payment history makes up 35% of your credit profile which the company helps remove said items.
