Someone just called me and it literally sounded like they were outside and all I heard was wind. The lady told me that I could hear her fine and acted like I was lying. Caught an attitude real fast. Also shows up as scam likely
When I called I was asked for some typical information, name, number, patient date of birth and was able to pay over the phone. Short and simple process.
Lousy customer experience. Doesn’t even accept gift cards like other scam companies.
Scam company with false and fraudulent (fake) accounts set up to steal money.
