Banking here is very inconvenient. Trying to get ahold of somebody is such a task and when you do, they seem as though they do not like their job. I have multiple occasions where for some reason I cannot access my online / mobile banking and trying to reset your password is of no help. The convince of it and trying to attempt to reach someone (only on weekdays) or through password reset - more than likely never works. Bad customer service , bad online banking , just not a good place to bank
Hire more phone staff and get rid of the really dumb phone menu, endless loop. You can't talk to a real person unless you take a call back. Over 3 hours waiting, oh yeah short staffed, but come on everyday. Hey this is my money here!
