Victoria Recendiz gave me the worst attention I remember. She sould not work in customer service.
Fantastic customer service. 9 out of 10 times they answer right away. The people on the other end of the phone are very knowledgeable.
Always great service
I was shocked to see the negative reviews when looking for TDA's address in Beachwood. I have been a well-satisfied customer for years. During 2020, I do remember a long hold on the phone once for a call after-hours, but when the operator came on the phone, he was incredibly helpful, and frankly, it seems delays have been the norm with many types of businesses during COVID.
