1) – Misleading T&Cs regarding fees 3) – Misleading and/or non-existent T&Cs regarding how interest is calculated and applied. 4) - Despite claiming to be a member of AFCA on their website, they used another entity which isn't a member of AFCA for the contract, so you effectively have no recourse. I took out a commercial loan and repaid it early. Only to find you effectively have to pay most of the interest on the entire life of the loan even if you make additional repayments.
