My experience with Finance One was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them at all. The staff were unprofessional and showed a lack of respect when التعامل with customers. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and there was a clear lack of transparency in their processes. I also felt that there were attempts to take advantage of customers in unclear and unethical ways, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company. Asked them to stop ringing me at work for surveys on my experience, didn’t, ended in my employment being terminated. Now being told that they are going to take my car, even though there is payment plan in place and it is being paid weekly. Finance One don’t bother with them, they cause stress and worry. Oh and did I mention, that for a $29000 car, will end up paying over $52000 to them, theft much??
