I don’t know what got into them but geez. What a mess of a place. Wanting all these personal details and matters, rude, no customer service
I took out a small business loan for a few vehicles. Very predatory and deceptive charges were added and I feel like I was mislead by Finance One by them in the way they quoted so that I wouldn't understand. I am exiting the loan early, and I have lost a huge amount of money, far more than I would've if I had used a different provider.
