Please beware of this company....we originally financed our mortgage with this company and everything was fine and dandy until they sold our mortgage to PHH. We had absolutely no say in this transaction and are now dealing with THE WORST mortgage company in the world. PHH is the most dishonest company there is and have some of the worst customer service. Please think twice before allowing Finance of America to handle your mortgage.
