I believe that attention to my mortgage needs wasn't top priority. He kept asking me to take of things on my credit report which I did, and he kept delaying getting back to me. When he did get back it was like starting all over again, with him being refreshed as to what I needed to do. Long gaps of communication. Very disappointed.
