My experience in 2017 with this company was good. After trying different companies and been pulled all over the place, Finance Of America came through and I was able to close on my home right away. They are very meticulous and rigorous but is all for the good. no hidden agendas nor false promises. They tell you how it is and won’t guide you wrong. I will definitely go back to them now that is time to get rid of my FHA insurance.

My fiance and I just bought our first house. We used Finance America as our lender and we could not be happier. When your first time home owners, the whole process can seem overwhelming, especially since one of us is self-employed. The team at Finance America provided us with excellent customer service. I have to completely disagree with the other two previous reviews. Finance of America and Matt Weaver showed themselves to be complete professionals every step of the way. I gave them everything that was asked, in in quick order, I was able to close!

Can't get a live person on the phone. Not my idea of great customer service. Won't be referring anyone else to this office.
