Overall I had a great experience working with Paul Cruz at Pinnacle. I contacted Paul to learn about the mortgage process and see what I would qualify for. I was a little nervous because I knew just qualifying for a home could be stressful, but he answered all my questions in a way that made sense, putting me at ease. I left with a clear understanding of my options, and what I needed to do in preparation for the big jump into home ownership. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

I have been an ongoing customer with Pinnacle Capital Mortgage for my last two home purchases and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a home loan with the best service available. I do not know where to start this review, simply because Team Paul + Brad is so incredible! I am still in shock with what a great team they make. We had a tricky situation where we sold our previous home in 10 days and did not expect it to move that fast (because our Realtor Josh Carlson with We Know Urban Realty- knew exactly how to move our home quickly). I wouldn't go to this lender they don't pick up the phone. This phone said it has an operator but she never pick up.
