This was an absolute nightmare. When I initially started the process...I told them time was of the essence. They told me it would only take a week tops for the pre-qualification to be done. Well. That was not the case. I worked with these people for two months. My credit was approved..so that wasn't the issue. They couldn't get a pre-qualification letter after two months!!!
