Working with Finance Factors was an overall great experience when refinancing my home and getting a HELOC. Kim was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. The office staff is also very helpful and pleasant. Will recommend!
Finance Factors saved the day! We were looking for a HELOC to complete an addition to our home in Kailua-Kona last year. Several lenders wouldn't work with us because we had open building permits when we applied (even though we had substantial equity in the home) .
