I would have stayed with Finance Factors if they opened on Fridays. I understand they had to reduce their hours due to the worker shortage. Their worker, Jan, was very helpful. She did what she said she promised and her follow-up was terrific. She was also prompt in returning messages. I would have liked to work with Jan during Fridays. Mahalo
They are not open on Fridays. Kailua-Kona branch does not answer phone calls. Will close my accounts
