Worthless. Renewing your business license in the City of Atlanta is a joke. They cashed my check in January but I did not get my license until June 8th. Oh, that is after I had to open a case and follow up three time. The City of Atlanta is difficult with the high resale tax and low customer service. They are driving businesses away.
