It takes more than two weeks to start an electricity service. They are slow, useless and ineffective. Even though I ask them several times about everything I need to upload, they still come up with new required documents few days later. I hope people working there can be replaced by AI soon, it’s a waste of time and labor.
Your voicemail is directing customers to a phone # that is a third party collector and charges a fee to use. Yet, that fact is not made clear to the customer. This is disingenuous and just plain wrong. Where is the transparency?
Collette, Ruby, and Rodrigo are all great in their services. I’m frequently picking up transfer stamps from this municipality and it is my favorite one to go to.

People in the finance department are very rude. When calling today at 8:29 am to get my account working to pay online I was hanged up on on purpose as the agent was rushing me out even though i was still asking questions of the precise amount to pay. Unfortunately this is not the first time i have dealt with them and have been talked to with no professionalism and hanged up on. It is a same that such a nice CIty has terrible people working as customer service.
