Was looking forward to getting my car wash with this business based off of the 5 stars reviews. I made an appointment and showed up to meet someone who said he couldn’t wash my car because he had locked himself out of the garage. I mentioned to him that I would’ve appreciated a phone call/heads up rather than making a blank trip. I asked if I could come back later, he said he would call to confirm my appointment.
