I spent years trying to contact this company about several job openings they posted online. Eventually I actually went into their office to inquire in person. There was furniture in piles and trash everywhere like they had been moving. There was only one guy there, who didn’t want to talk to me. They never picked up the phone or responded to correspondence. I am glad I don’t work here.
FinalSite is TERRIBLE for tuition accounting reports. On two separate occasions, I've spent many hours trying to reconcile their reports, only to be informed by their accounting contact that the reports AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE DO NOT WORK. It is actually insane that they include these reports on their website as if they work, also seems like this was built by someone without key accounting knowledge.
We ended up stuck in a contract we had no idea we even had with this company. Two years into an auto-renewed agreement, I reached out with concerns, only to realize we had never received any communication from them about our subscription. They were happy to keep taking payments without ever checking in or even asking why the service wasn’t being used. You’d think they would at least offer to extend the term as a courtesy for the two years of wasted service. Very disappointing experience.
It has been a very disappointing experience with Finalsite. For years, we unknowingly remained on a rolling contract with an annual 3% increase, which was only addressed when we decided to cancel. Beginning our redesign process, their approach was chaotic, unkind, and lacked professionalism in my opinion.
