Shawaunna established my microlocs in Feb 22 and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with starting this new hair journey. Her salon was clean and comfortable. She was patient, quick and efficient. Took her 7.5 hours to install my 237 microlocs! We chatted and watched tv to pass the time. At the end, she gifted me with her welcome kit which had several of her branded goodies! I also use her lavender shampoo which my hair loves and it smells so good! Shawaunna established my sister locks in 2020 after removing my interlocks. She took her took her time and was very patience in the removal process. My previous interlock installation was very painful - my scalp hurt for an entire week, but booking with Finally Loc’d LLC was very easy and she kept asking if I was okay during the removal of my interlocks and when she established my sister locks. I have been going to Finally Loc’d going on year this February. My experience here has been amazing. She is very professional, punctual, and kind. The place of business itself is safe, very clean, and cozy. Best of all you get the one on one attention you deserve. She worked with me on getting my daughter back in when my daughter was not feeling well and we had to reschedule. She didn’t make me feel bad about needing to reschedule.
