From the moment I walked in the door for my appointment, Hanna was amazing. I was so nervous changing my hair color. She spent time with me explaining my concerns and fears. She was so patient, and kind. She was very knowledgeable about the coloring process, and was honest with me about how to reach my color goals. I am incredibly impressed with Samantha Mitchell. This was my first time seeing her, and right from the start, she was so thorough and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Coming into a new salon and wanting a complete change can be intimidating, but she immediately put me at ease by asking all the right questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in her work.
