I just finished my last windows of Blinds in my home & am VERY pleased with them ALL! I phoned Final Touch over a month ago to book an appointment for drapes. I spoke to a person who noted my details and said that they were very busy but someone from the design team would get back to me. After a couple of weeks I phoned back to be reassured that I was on their list. Since then I have not heard a thing and have taken my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in this company!!!
Unbelievable good service. Eighteen years after having blinds installed I had an issue. They fixed them for free!
Jennifer was amazing at final touch window coverings. I am so so happy that I decided to purchase my curtains from here! I absolutely love them and now I can sleep without the sun shining through!
