Very disappointing quality of service. Carpets are soaking wet and stains remain. The couch was only partially cleaned, parts were completely untouched and there is literally no difference in stains or odors. Very amatuer. We were quoted one price, then charged extra for "chemicals" which you can tell were not added. We called and scheduled with this company "Final Touch", but the tech was wearing a shirt with a different company name, and the invoice was from a third company. I just had our tile and grout cleaned and I'm extremely happy! Ben was professional, courteous and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend him and this company. So refreshing to get a service done well at a reasonable price.
The technician and his crew are fabulous. Professional, gracious, and great to work with, will have them back foe more jobs. They removed a couple of spots where there was some color on the closet carpet. Yes, they lifted the color, it now blends with the carpet. Fantastic job!
