The job was completed in a timely manner, and the cleanup was exceptional. Jorge, the team lead Was knowledgeable and professional, in addition to his team. The job required pressure washing which left my windows horribly spotted, it does state that this could happen dependent on the water source used however they did not offer any services to remedy the issue. This is our second project with Final Touch Painting. From start to finish, the process couldn’t have been any better. Nate showed up on time to give us an estimate and answered all our questions. No pushy sales. After that meeting we felt confident and comfortable with the entire process. The painting crew was professional and respectful of our home on top of doing an excellent job. The final product is outstanding! The crew was efficient and left the work area clean. Very professional. Communication with the company was excellent.
A no soliciting sign means to not solicit services or products, yet that is ignored. Respect the rule of law and don't solicit to homes that DON'T WANT IT.
Had all open areas painted (upstairs and downstairs). Process was smooth from consultation to project end. Actual work time was two full days. Excellent workmanship. Nate was attentive with follow through. Pleased overall.
