Customer service is nonexistent
We used Final Touch Landscapers for 6 years. At first, they did a decent job of Spring clean up. Although there were times they had to return to re-mow because they did a lousy job. They wouldn't edge the yard, and communication was lacking on their part. Their work became so undesirable, we fired them. I wouldn't recommend Final Touch to touch any yard. They've gone down tremendously.
