Sam is a wonderful stylists. very professional. I have never walked out of there not loving my hair. they are very resonable for their services unlike a lot of salons. This is the only place I will go and Sam is the the only one who will ever do my hair. I drive from the south side of bay city to go to this salon
Yeah they just opened I know this but I went in there to ask questions. As soon as I walked thru the door I was ignored. There were 2 clients being worked on and one employee working that I seen. She turned off the blow dryer and starting to talk to me and was rude with her answers. Then she turns on the hair dyer and continued to talk to me which I could not even understand what she was saying. Very unprofessional!
