We were set to have retaining wall and patio installation. Promised 3 weeks until start date. It has been 4 months still not started. We continued to communicate, and were given every excuse why they had not started the project. Rain, big jobs, deadlines for other jobs. We can not speak to the quality of work because it was never started.
Final Touch far exceeded our expectations on this patio project. Justin and his team were great to work with, working closely with us on the details from start to finish. We’re loving the added outdoor space and the overall look of this patio.
Final Touch Custom Patios and Retaining Walls provided exceptional hardscaping that transformed our yard! While adding a new pool to our yard Final Touch added a retaining wall, paver walkway, and stairs. From start to finish, the entire crew was a pleasure to work with, and the completed project has completely transformed our space! Highly recommend Final Touch. They are a great company with wonderful workers. We had a whole retaining wall replaced and they did an excellent job. Dustin is very prompt in answering all of my text and was there to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely give him and his crew a 5+ as highly rated.
