Let me start by saying I’ve never been serviced by this place because when I called today to ask for pricing instead of being friendly, and have a welcoming tone, the owner who answered the phone immediately asked me for when so I said I was hoping to be seen tomorrow. No prices provided and she says “we are not open tomorrow we are closed on Sundays”. I said okay and she hung up. My hair got damaged and became thinner and thinner the longer I went there. I stopped going there years ago when someone pointed out to me that my hair was no longer thick and looked healthy. One of the girls that use to work at her shop told me the owner puts perm in her shampoos/conditioner sometimes for people who have coarse hair to make it more manageable without their knowledge which is wild!
