I have been a regular customer of final stage. I used to pay 198 for regular service and I used to ask before leaving my car for service. Today, I dropped without asking and at pick up I was told to pay 332$ which was too expensive and way beyond my expectation. I found it very expensive and basically got ripped off. Not happy at all
Just got my pink slip. I drove in without a booking. They did it on the spot with no fuss. Lovely people. Fabulous customer service! Will definitely be going back to get my car serviced.
I visited Final Stage Merrylands because my car was misfiring, and my registration was about to expire. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and received a call at 3 PM, informing me that there were many issues with the car. When I went to the shop, they quoted me $1,100 for a scan, spark plugs, cylinders, and the rego. I was surprised, as I expected it to be a minor issue, so I declined the service. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ A WORST EXPERIENCE | NOT RECOMMENDED⚠️⚠️⚠️ Pathetic staff and over priced. Charged double the price usually what other mechanics charge for first general service of a brand new car. A shit show they are running. A big rip off.
