I really enjoy the Boxing Fundamentals.
Looks like Jay Saunders is starting to get what he deserves. He has spent years bullying people in his gym, shaming them making them feel two feet tall. Now someone who is bigger, badder and clearly smarter shows up and Jay is hiding behind no compete clauses and social media crying he is being bullied. Love the vibe of this gym. The workouts are fun and keep me engaged . The members are amazing and the trainers really bring the encouragement and create great workouts. Love going here
