Love this class!!! Adrian’s approach, incorporating strength training, calisthenics within boxing has been effective. He explains complex techniques in a way that is very easy to understand, making sure everyone in the group was able to keep up with the pace and encourages participation making the sessions interactive and fun. Beginner friendly, and lots of fun! Adrain is a great coach/instructor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra discipline in their daily routine.
