Chase did an outstanding job installing my new tankless water heater. He arrived at 9:00 and contacted me prior to arrival. He and Shelton removed my tank from the attic, and made all the necessary changes in preparation for the tankless one. Chase continued with the installation which was a tedious and lengthy process.
