I have to start this by saying that the staff was very kind and professional, but the way they monetize grief is just sad. My dog was 40lbs and they charged over $400. That might just be the going rate. We have never cremated a pet, but we are not sure if we want to stay on the island and we want to be able to take him wherever we go. I’ve had all of my pets cremated thru regency! Staff was kind and helpful when I called for updates on our baby and the process was super quick! We got our baby back in 4 days. We are thankful for their help and commitment to get us reunited with our baby kitty as quick as possible 🩷.
