When I received the urn I couldn't open it , so if I wanted to scatter the ashes I couldn't very disapointed
This is not my first encounter with this issue and from the comments on social media, it seems like this cemetery has NO MAINTENANCE to take care of plots. Why in the vase in the garbage? Who gave permission to throw out the flowers on my buddy’s grave? Are you paying me back for throwing out the vase? I know my boy is at peace and I hesitated to post this. BUT we had an attorney read the initial contract including the fine print. At normal cemeteries, NOTHING IS removed from graves. Put them back. Any policy changes MUST be... read more
So. Why am I paying for the maintenance fees when Maintenance means taking care of the plot. IT DOES NOT mean you throw out the clearly grave specific vase with fresh flowers. If you change your policies, you are bound by regulations to notify your “customers”. I read another comment that a pet parent is escalating to the NYS Dept of Cemeteries and I will do the same.
