Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The customer service was beyond unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful at every stage. It’s clear they lack both professionalism and basic competence in their field. Communication was poor, timelines weren’t respected, and any concerns raised were brushed off without care. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company entirely.
Service and Kwonledge is second to none. Go and see Jeff or Michael for knowledge and a great product.
